The Office of the Registrar is the central administrative department responsible for managing student academic records and supporting the academic operations of the college. It handles tasks such as course registration, class scheduling, transcript processing, enrollment verification and graduation certification. The office also plays a key role in upholding academic policies and ensuring accurate and confidential record keeping.

  • How can I view my class roster?
    • To view your class roster:
      1. Login to Banner,
      2. Select the Banner Self Service (SSO) option,
      3. Navigate to the Faculty & Staff tab
      4. Open Faculty Dashboard
      5. View your Class List
  • When are final grades due? 
    • Final; grades are due within 5 days of the final exam.
  • What is FERPA and how does it affect me?
    • FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Faculty must protect student records and cannot share grades or academic information without student consent.
